At ManiKube, we are committed to providing you with a polished experience from order to delivery. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated when available.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once shipped, ManiKube is not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at manicureme@manikube.com within 3-7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We are a small business and value every order, which is why we’ve created a return and refund process that balances customer confidence with our commitment to quality.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • To begin a return, email manicureme@manikube.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used nail products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Sale items, promotional items, PR kits, and gift cards.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after ManiKube receives and inspects the returned product.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
