Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated when available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once shipped, ManiKube is not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at manicureme@manikube.com within 3-7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.
Return & Refund Policy
We are a small business and value every order, which is why we’ve created a return and refund process that balances customer confidence with our commitment to quality.
Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

To begin a return, email manicureme@manikube.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used nail products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Sale items, promotional items, PR kits, and gift cards.
Refunds & Store Credit

Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after ManiKube receives and inspects the returned product.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
