Return & Refund Policy

We are a small business and value every order, which is why we’ve created a return and refund process that balances customer confidence with our commitment to quality.

Return Eligibility

    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    •    To begin a return, email manicureme@manikube.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Opened or used nail products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

    •    Sale items, promotional items, PR kits, and gift cards.

Refunds & Store Credit

    •    Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.

    •    Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after ManiKube receives and inspects the returned product.

    •    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    •    Refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

    •    Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
